BookedFast terms: plans, billing, cancellation and refunds

Which plan is yours

If you signed up through one of our offer links, that offer is your plan. Otherwise you're on the standard plan. The price shown at checkout is your price.

Your go-live date

We build your website and receptionist, and you review a preview first. Your go-live date is the day we switch your service on after you approve your preview. It's usually live within a week after your onboarding call. Exact timing depends on the booking tool you use.

Standard plan: $299 setup, then $149 a month

What you pay: $299 one-time setup, then $149 a month.

When you're charged: $299 today. Your next charge: $149, 30 days after your go-live date, then $149 every month on that date. We'll email you the exact date the day you go live.

For example: if you go live Nov 10, your next charge of $149 is Dec 10, then the 10th of each month after.

Money-back guarantee: If your shop never goes live, we refund your $299 setup fee. Asking for changes doesn't affect this. If your shop goes live and you're not happy, tell us within 30 days of going live and we'll refund your $299 setup fee. The payment processor's fee (about $9 for card payments) isn't returned to us, so it comes out of the refund.

Month to month: how to cancel

There's no contract. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. On the free trial, cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing.

What's included

Done-for-you setup of your website, your AI receptionist and your booking calendar, then we run it for you.

Already have a booking system? Keep it. Works with Google Calendar, Square, Acuity, Calendly, Outlook and MoeGo. We set each one up with you during onboarding. Calendly works through your scheduling link. Use something else? Book a free consultation call and we'll see if we can support it. No booking system? We give you one.

What setup needs

After checkout, book your onboarding call. Pick a 30-minute time on our calendar. We set everything up with you on the call.

On the call we'll cover:

• Forwarding your shop's phone number to your AI receptionist
• Your OK to record calls to your shop
• Your OK to publish your website and receptionist

During setup we may ask you to approve the connection or share an access key from your booking tool's settings. We never ask for your password.

Anything the receptionist can't answer, it emails you the details and the caller's callback number.
