About BookedFast

We build websites with online booking and AI receptionists for small appointment businesses, then we run them, so your phone gets answered and your calendar fills while you work.

Why we built BookedFast

Hi, I'm Felipe. I've worked in startups, and I spent nine years at Amazon. Then I left corporate life to do something I'd wanted to do for a long time: buy and run a small business.

While I was looking, I talked with dozens of business owners. They were great at their work and busy all day, but some of them had no time to keep up with what AI can do now. They could see the potential, and most of them still didn't have it working for them. Missed calls meant missed bookings.

So we built BookedFast: a receptionist that answers every call, and a site where customers book themselves. We set it up and run it, so you don't have to learn any of it.
